Edit: I received an email from the author with apologies for publishing a draft rather than the book. I downloaded the update, but haven't read the whole book over again. I assume it's been proofread and edited. It's added an epilouge that suggests that the storyline about the aunt and uncle will continue in the next book. I'll raise it to 3.5 stars for the epilouge and less abrubt ending, but I still feel the last half it's rushed compared to the first half. Still not convinced to continue I'm afraid.I'd love to give this book 4 stars, but too much drags it down. There are grammar errors in almost every paragraph, either spelling the word wrong so it means something else, or nothing at all. Really annoying after a while. I liked the story, but it could have been longer. If the rest of the story had been like the chapters before they met, it would have. The story of the aunt and uncle had the promise of some action but fizzled out so much it could have been skipped all together. The story also ends abruptly almost in the middle of a sentence, and since there is no afterword or links to other work I honestly thouth there was something wrong with the download. I had to check, but no, no errors. I like a lot of the other books from this author, but I'm jumping of this series here. It feels like a rushed work just to get the book out there quickly and I'm disappointed 😥
